12 things you should learn for yourself

We learnt its better to learn from each other than to compete

We learnt by making mistakes not playing it safe

We learnt we are part of the problem and part of the answer

We learnt to engage with others who were part of the problem and part of the answer

We learnt we are not done till we had learn’t the customer was happy

We learn’t that learning together was faster than alone

We learn’t to do one thing at a time (till its truly done)

We learn’t to spend time sharing our learning

We learn’t to do it right

We learn’t to do the right things

We learn’t how to find meaning in our work

We learn’t that you don’t learn from teachers but from experience

So forget what you’ve read here and go learn
